Anti-Green Tip #9: Paper Towels
I saw an episode of Oprah once where some dude in Oregon uses the same paper towel over and over again. That's just wrong. I have a better idea: use as many paper towels as you can. The only way to really get your hands clean after you wash them is to make sure they're totally dry. And then you need a paper towel to turn off the faucet and, if you're in a public restroom, another one to open the door. I figure the trees have already been cut down to make the paper towels so you might as well use them. Otherwise, didn't the trees die in vain?
